One of the key contributions from NavyBits was the development of a custom Machine Profile module as part of the Field Service application. This advanced feature allows MAB to track the full lifecycle of each machine sold, including technical specifications, service history, warranty status, and linked spare parts, enabling more effective after-sales support and preventive maintenance planning.
In addition to the Machine Profile, the implementation also included automation of purchase and sales flows, inventory management, service tracking, user access control, and real-time dashboards, giving MAB improved operational control and decision-making capabilities.
