Society for Health Extension and Development (SHED) is one of the oldest and well-known Cox’s Bazar based National NGO, has been working for transforming life, livelihoods and skills of resource-poor towards better and improved status since its inception on 1989. Initially, the organization was formed to continue health extension facilities in the area to bridge the gaps that created due to the closure of ICDDR,B’s operation in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar. In its 31 years journey, in partnership with different international, national and UN agencies SHED has provided different ranges of services towards the poor and under privileged people of Cox’s Bazar and Chittagong which includes better health services, enriched maternal and child nutrition, enhanced food security and livelihoods, improved sanitation and hygiene, forest and biodiversity conservation through co-management approach, disaster risk reduction, awareness and education on environmental conservation, HIV/ AIDS, family planning, etc. Moreover, as a Cox’s Bazar based national NGO, SHED has been supporting different UN agencies – such as UNICEF, WFP and IOM and different international organizations – such as ACF, Solidarity International, Handicap International in implementing a different project for assuring food security, livelihoods, health services, maternal and child nutrition, water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) support, and enhancing resilience and reduce the vulnerability of both refugees and host community people since the influx of Rohingya refugees in the area on August 2017. Le défi : sortir d'un ERP maison devenu un fardeau
Protex avait investi des milliers d'euros dans un ERP développé sur mesure par un prestataire externe. Cinq ans plus tard, le constat est amer : des développements attendus depuis deux ans qui n'arrivent jamais, une facturation électronique (Peppol) promise à répétition mais jamais livrée.
C'est dans ce contexte Protex a contacté Nalios. La priorité : trouver un partenaire fiable, capable de tenir ses engagements, et de livrer ce que l'ancien prestataire n'avait jamais su faire.
Notre mission : une migration vers Odoo, propre et sans mauvaise surprise
Nalios a pris en charge la mise en place complète d'Odoo, avec un focus sur les modules essentiels au quotidien de Protex :
Facturation et conformité Peppol : configuration complète de la facturation électronique, point bloquant depuis des années, opérationnelle dès le démarrage.
CRM et gestion commerciale : premier CRM structuré pour Protex, avec lien direct entre les devis, les contacts et les mails — une lacune majeure comblée par rapport à l'ancien système.
Suivi des interventions par zone : chaque intervention terrain tracée, attribuée et visible par zone géographique, pour un suivi opérationnel en temps réel.
Import des historiques et transition : reprise des données existantes pour assurer une continuité sans rupture, malgré la complexité du transfert depuis un ERP propriétaire.
