Zo Veilig kiest voor Odoo als veilige en schaalbare totaaloplossingZo Veilig is een installatiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in beveiligingssystemen, actief in Midden-Nederland. Naast de installatie van alarmsystemen en camerabewaking biedt het bedrijf ook maandelijkse service-abonnementen aan voor monitoring, onderhoud en storingsafhandeling.
De organisatie werkte eerder met Salesforce en Exact, maar liep tegen de grenzen van beide systemen aan. Niet alleen werden de kosten te hoog, ook de flexibiliteit ontbrak om processen goed op elkaar af te stemmen. Zo Veilig ging daarom op zoek naar een geïntegreerde oplossing waarin verkoop, planning, service en administratie volledig samenkomen.
Samen met Radical Fanatics (www.fanatics.nl) stapte Zo Veilig over op Odoo. De volledige administratie is daarbij overgezet van Exact naar Odoo, inclusief grootboekverwerking, facturatie en abonnementenbeheer. Er is gekozen voor een gehoste oplossing, waarbij 15 medewerkers op kantoor en 10 monteurs in het veld met Odoo werken. Monteurs registreren werkbonnen digitaal, en hun reistijd wordt automatisch berekend en herberekend – wat zorgt voor efficiënte planning én heldere facturatie.
Daarnaast is een koppeling gerealiseerd met externe beveiligingsplatformen zoals Securitas en Alarm.com. Ook het servicemodel is in Odoo ondergebracht, met periodiek onderhoud, herinneringen, afspraakbevestigingen en een volledig overzicht van alle klant- en installatiehistorie.
De implementatie omvat onder andere de modules Inkoop, Verkoop, Voorraadbeheer, CRM, Facturatie, Abonnementen, Boekhouding, Planning, Service en Rapportages. Dankzij het uitgebreide rechtenbeheer is de toegang per rol of gebruiker nauwkeurig geregeld.
Zo Veilig koos voor Radical Fanatics vanwege de pragmatische aanpak, het vermogen om integraties op maat te realiseren en de snelheid waarmee de oplossing is ingericht. Met Odoo beschikt het bedrijf nu over een moderne, schaalbare ERP-omgeving waarin álle processen op elkaar aansluiten. Services et conseil
