7th Keys partnered with Brain Station 23 to modernize and automate its real estate operations across the UAE through a customized Odoo ERP solution.
Facing challenges with manual workflows, fragmented financial processes, and complex multi-shareholder property management, 7th Keys required a centralized platform to improve operational efficiency, financial transparency, and secure customer data handling.
Brain Station 23 implemented an integrated ERP ecosystem covering Sales, Accounting, E-Sign, and Project Management. The solution automated the complete property sales lifecycle, including booking, installment planning, payment tracking, and financial reconciliation.
A key feature of the implementation was a custom multi-purchaser management system that automated invoice splitting, ownership calculations, and payment reconciliation for shared property units. The platform also streamlined revenue recognition, late payment penalties, bounced cheque fees, and agent commission management.
To enhance governance and compliance, the ERP introduced KYC workflows, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via email and SMS, and integrated electronic signatures for faster contract approvals.
