Challenges 

Investment funds have requirements regarding the confidentiality of information about investors and ongoing contracts. No information can be disclosed, even internally. Adaptations had to be made to assign individuals to ongoing opportunities or contact records.

Customizations et developments  

To meet confidentiality requirements, we made numerous customizations to contact records to limit the visibility of certain information internally. We also added many fields to the CRM opportunities. All information and documents regarding the opportunity are imperative for following investment processes such as funds, returns, source, and contact persons.
