تأسست مجموعة البابطين الصناعية شركة البابطين لصناعة البسكويت والمواد الغذائية المحدودة  عام 1983، بخبرة ومعرفة واسعة في مجالات التصنيع والتسويق والإدارة، وتُعد أول مصنع للصناعات الغذائية ضمن المجموعة.

وقد تم تأسيس هذه الشركة لخدمة سوق الأغذية في المملكة العربية السعودية والمنطقة، ولتكون واحدة من الشركات الرائدة في هذه الأسواق في تصنيع البسكويت والمكرونة وغيرها من المنتجات الغذائية، وذلك من خلال علاماتها التجارية في السوق مثل هلال وكوينز والمائدة وغيرها من العلامات التجارية.

Al-Babtain Industrial Group established Al Babtain Biscuit Manufacturing & Food Stuff Company Limited (ABISCO) in 1983, bringing extensive experience and expertise in manufacturing, marketing, and management. It is considered the first food manufacturing plant within the Group.

The company was established to serve the food market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region, aiming to be one of the market leaders in manufacturing biscuits, pasta, and other food products, under its well-known brands such as Helal, Queens, and MAEDAH
