I have client on Odoo version 19 SaaS, they want to change the order of their point of sale categories from the point of sale, transaction screen but cannot, we've tried using prefixes on the category names such as (01, 1, A) none of which have worked. Does anyone know how to organize these categories on the pos screen. 

To restate the objective, we want to adjust the position of categories e.g. wheat product | Dairy product | Potato based product| we want to move wheat product to where potato based products are. with the point of sale categories. Currently the layout seems to be in order of creation. Being able to change the category order will allow for a more efficient POS operation and is standard in most pos.
