Hi,
I know you cannot create a new database on sh that is not among the last 3 major versions but what happens if you have say v15 beyond november 2024. What is the process like? Will you be forced to upgrade even if you are not ready yet?

Hi,
If your Odoo version is beyond the last three major releases, you might face restrictions on Odoo.sh. Odoo supports and fixes bugs for the latest three versions, but Odoo.sh enforces this policy. After a version becomes unsupported, there's a two-year extension with a weekly reminder. After five years, unsupported versions are phased out on Odoo.sh, but tools for upgrading remain available.
Hope it helps
