Can i run 2 versions of Odoo one is Community and the other is Enterprise at the same time on the same DB?

As far as I know, there are legal issues doing this, as you can't have more users on Enterprise than the licensed ones, so you couldn't create "community users" only, which makes it nonsense to use Community on a Enterprise DB, even if it's technically feasible.
