Hello,
I am been practicing with various apps and I unable to revert back to a clean slate. If there a way to reset ( delete all the information) in inventory, Sales, Purchasing and accounting database.

Hi,
If you can install custom apps, install and use this application: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/17.0/om_data_remove
If you don't need any masters like customers, product and configuration, you can uninstall those apps and install it back.
