Hi  - I created a public holiday for the company which is unpaid.  An employee requested to use his PTO for this date.  When approving the PTO request in Time Off the duration shows as 0 hours.  How can I add holidays for days when the company is actually closed, but still allow employees to request PTO for these days if they wish to be paid for the day?
