I need your help because I'm tearing my hair out :) !
I have 2 questions:
The first question is, do I have a many2many field in etiquette mode. With labels like ISS or 2ER etc... And I want to do an automation.
For example: If I receive a mail with the subject ISS then insert in the field many2many
ISS
My second question is how to delete all the fields we created before and that remain in the list on the left side of odoo.
You can delete any fields you don't need.
Enable Developer Mode and go to Settings / Technical / (Database Structure) / Fields and then search for field names that include "Studio".
You can try to delete them by selecting the fields you want to remove and then in "Action" you can choose "Delete".
If they are used on views or referenced by other fields you will see an error message.
