We are new to Odoo and just beginning our journey. We are having success with CRM, Sales, and Projects so much that we are considering moving our IT services to Odoo as well. We are currently using Connectwise PSA as our ticketing system. There are some high efficiency integrations, I believe these can all be built, but before making the investment I am hoping to hear others experiences.
I would love to learn more about your experience if you have migrated from Connectwise PSA's to Helpdesk. Also open to general recommendations going from other PSA systems as well.

As Connectwise PSA has lots of integrations, maybe good to know which integrations you are using. And maybe good to mention which ones are of high value and which ones are nice to haves.
And maybe good to describe to processes / workflows as well, in which Connectwise PSA is being used.
