The easiest way to move stock from one branch to another in Odoo is by using an Internal Transfer.

If both branches are in the same database, you can simply create an internal transfer, choose the source location (Branch A) and destination location (Branch B), add the products, and validate. This will update stock in both branches with proper tracking.

If branches operate more independently, a better long-term approach is to set up separate warehouses for each branch and use inter-warehouse transfers or replenishment routes. This helps when you need transit control, automation, or better reporting.
