I see the option to attach at quotation Product Documentation but only as header. Thre is any option to attach them as footer?

You are absolutely right, and your use case (especially for turn-key / EPC projects) is very common.
Current Odoo behavior (out of the box)
In Odoo, product documents attached to products can only be:
Shown above the quotation, or
Shown inline with the quotation lines
There is no standard option to automatically place product documents at the end of the quotation (footer / last pages).
The Header/Footer configuration in Sales is meant for static documents (e.g. company intro, T&Cs) and cannot dynamically collect product-specific datasheets.
So what you are seeing is the expected system behavior, not a misconfiguration.
Why this limitation exists
Odoo treats product documents as part of the quotation content
The report engine does not natively support “append product documents after all quotation pages”
Footer sections are static, not product-aware
How to achieve your desired structure
To get:
Header → Company intro
Body → Quotation lines
Footer / Last pages → Product datasheets + T&Cs
You will need a custom quotation report (QWeb customization) that:
Collects product documents used in the quotation
Appends them after the quotation body
Preserves page order and layout
This is the only clean and scalable solution for your scenario.
Workarounds (with limitations)
Manually attach datasheets as extra pages → not scalable
Add documents in Header/Footer settings → works only for static files

Tipically in our sector (Electrical turnk key plant) in Italy structure of quotation are one or two pages of Header = company intro, Body = Quotation, Footer = several datasheets (can be several pages) and Terms and Conditions. This is more commont than viceversa have all datasheet upfront and quotation at bottom

Thanks Jaindeep, but it was my starting point. I see that when you upload a document associate with a product (I have also tested it) give you option to put the document above quotation or within quotation (but I see in both cases above quote page). No option to put it as footer. See below even if is in Italian.
Yes, that is correct if you have a document related to product it adds as a header in quote.
What I suggested is an alternate to adding the product document via the header / footer menu to a quotation template.
Sales > Configuration > Sales Orders - Header/ footers
Select the documents to be included while creating a quote.
This might be unviable if there are large number of products each with its set of documents.
Hi, what is the use case for adding product details in the footer? Usually, these details are something we would want to show before the quotation details.
