Well, I can add a barcode for the internal reference, but if I have five tables with only the internal reference, how can I add a unique barcode for each item? For example, for the item with the internal reference 'special-table', each table should have its own unique barcode, like '1263563' for 'special-table'. Is this possible in Odoo by default, or do I need to develop a custom module for this functionality?
