As i have seen in various platform, portal user has list which they can see. Odoo documentation shows the list as below:-
- Leads/opportunities
- quotations/sales orders
- purchase orders
- invoices & bills
- projects
- tasks
- timesheets
- tickets
- signatures
- subscriptions
But when i am giving portal access to my customers only 3 field are coming. My main motive it to show them Tickets and projects (Others can also come), but they are not coming. Is there some changes i have to do in access right to give them this access. this is very important to me. Please let me know the solution for the same.
