I installed eclipse for odoo module development. Then I tried to install odoo package installation. But that can not be done because of previously installed postgresql database for eclipse. How to fix this problem. Can anyone answer please

Use pgAdim to create a postgresql user "openpg" ,password "openpgpwd".This user should have the right to create database.
Then,Install Odoo without postgresql .
Or,you can use greenodoo for windows.
