Vme is a gaming app startup that fosters interactive challenges among users, offering

rewards for gameplay and referrals. The platform features key roles like Judge, Host,

Participant, and Spectators, creating a dynamic gaming community. 

Though Vme faced challenges in facilitating online challenges with proper tracking,

inviting friends, selecting judges, and awarding prizes, a lack of accounting and finance

systems hindered transaction monitoring and profit/loss management. The Odoo Vme

Mobile app integration successfully synchronized challenges, participants, challenge

pool details, and rewards with Odoo to address this. Integration with PayPal facilitated

accounting transactions and journal entries. The "Finance" modules, linked to the

Ledger Tracking and Reporting Database, and the CRM module, connected to the Vme

database, streamlined financial management. Dynamic linkage to the Vme Portal

database enabled efficient reporting and analysis in the Ledger Tracking & Reporting

System (LTRS), reducing strain on the operational database. LTRS tracked user funds at

various levels, ensuring seamless tracking of challenges, deposits, withdrawals, and

changes to bank accounts. This secure and automated system significantly enhanced

efficiency, reporting, and scalability.
