Solution: Trionex implemented a centralized Odoo ERP by reengineering LAMA’s end-to-end retail and workforce processes. POS, inventory, and finance were unified with real-time stock synchronization, automated replenishment, and seamless Ginkgo eCommerce integration. A fully customized HRM with tax slabs, employee memberships, and a self-service portal streamlined payroll and compliance. FBR-compliant online and offline invoicing and Power BI dashboards enabled regulatory alignment and data-driven decision-making.
