Khan El Kaser, a Lebanese heritage skincare and cosmetics brand established in 1961, has grown from traditional olive-oil soap making into a modern manufacturer with an expanding product line and e-commerce presence. As operations scaled, the company faced challenges managing manufacturing, inventory, sales, accounting, and online orders across multiple disconnected systems.

To streamline operations, Bee Consulting implemented a fully integrated Odoo ERP solution covering Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, and POS. We also integrated their Shopify store with Odoo, ensuring all online orders, customers, and stock movements synchronize automatically.

This digital transformation centralized workflows, improved production and inventory control, unified sales channels, automated financial processes, and provided real-time visibility  enabling Khan El Kaser to operate more efficiently and continue scaling with confidence.
