With a constant inventory of around 10,000 bicycles, an in-house delivery service, and multiple physical stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, Matrabike runs an impressive and fast-paced logistical operation.
To manage all these processes efficiently, Matrabike uses Odoo. From processing high volumes of e-commerce orders and managing inventory, to the point-of-sale systems in their physical stores and scheduling for their delivery fleet. Thanks to the seamless integration of CRM, sales, logistics, and customer service within one central platform, Matrabike maintains optimal control over the entire customer journey and supply chain.
