EZZ International Company, founded in 2010 and headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi

Arabia, is a key subsidiary of the Al-Motabqani Group. The company specializes in

automotive solutions, including vehicles, spare parts, batteries, tires, HVAC systems,

and fire safety equipment. With 120+ employees and a presence across multiple sites in

the Kingdom, EZZ collaborates with international partners like Tech Air JCB (India), Air Eco

(USA), and Nofire (UK).

The company has struggled with fragmented systems, inefficient workflows, and limited

data visibility across departments. These challenges impact inventory control, supplier

coordination, and after-sales service.

To address these issues, ZAD Solutions is implementing Odoo ERP for 35 users across

departments including sales, procurement, inventory, HR, and accounting. The 3-month

digital transformation project—valued at SAR 30,000 (after discount)—will streamline

operations, reduce manual errors, and improve reporting and scalability.
