Implementation

Port Cities Malaysia implemented a complete ERP solution to manage all the core processes of EFT.
The first phase of the implementation focused on Procurement, Accounting and Inventory.
The second phase focused on custom features such as Material-to-Order (MTO), Panel-to-Order (PTO) as well as manufacturing.
