Bie Hin International Tailor was founded by Yong Kong in 1930 at Jalan Pahlawan 79 Surabaya. At that time, Bie Hin International Tailor gives tailor services for Netherlands traders. A time after, his son Yong Kong / Himawan Yanto is continuing to maintain the business. Himawan Yanto develops the business by following Indonesia Tailor Congress that has been held in Singapore and Hong Kong .

In 1999, Bie Hin International Tailor expands its gallery in Klampis C-17 Surabaya by the Himawan Yanto and his son Jeremia Johnny. Jeremia Johnny is trusted to build suit for former governor east java general major army Sularso when he was attend the general assembly in Jakarta.

In 2012, Abraham Setiawan was joined to develop this business. As a son of Jeremia Johnny, he believes to develop Bie Hin International Tailor to the top of the tailor business in Surabaya. Abraham carries the Bie Hin International Tailor participated in the national and international event.
