...die ZusammenarbeitWir starteten mit der Gyr Edelmetalle AG in die Einführung einer vollintegrierten Odoo-Lösung, die sämtliche Geschäftsprozesse digital abbildete und skalierbar machte. Im Fokus standen die Digitalisierung von Recycling und Subcontracting mit komplexen Wertflüssen, die Produktion von Zuschnitten sowie der Verkauf von Roh-, Halb- und Fertigmaterialien. Zudem wurden ein Webinterface mit Webshop, Kalkulationstools und Kundenportal umgesetzt sowie effiziente Lager- und Kundenkonten-Management-Strukturen aufgebaut. Auch HR-, Sales-, Marketing- und Rechnungsstellungsprozesse wurden integriert. So entstand eine moderne ERP-Plattform mit mehr Transparenz, Automatisierung und Wachstumspotenzial.
