SF Door Styles is a Malta-based specialist in bespoke solid wood doors, established in 1998 and operating from their workshop in Luqa. With over 26 years of craftsmanship and a portfolio of more than 500 unique designs, the company combines traditional woodworking values with innovative design to create doors that are both functional and timeless. 

Their offering extends beyond manufacturing, encompassing design consultation, expert precision fitting, and a white-glove delivery service — making them a complete, end-to-end partner for homeowners and developers seeking quality and character in every detail.

SF Doors wanted to streamline their quotation to installation process by bringing together sales, manufacturing, delivery, installation and accounting into an approved flow. With a mix of own workers and sub-contractors, it was imperative to keep track of the various stages and responsibilities. Inventory was not accounted for on an ongoing basis making ordering a guesswork.

eMerge stepped in to understand the flow and design an Odoo implementation to streamline the various processes and offer a solution to the challenges faced. Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Field Services, Sales, Purchase were implemented to achieve the required outcome.

SF Doors has drastically improved their quotation, sales and deposit process by digitising the whole process. Inventory is being tracked on a daily basis with real time valuation and re- ordering rules. The delivery and installation process offers full traceability making invoicing easy to follow and recording in the Accounting app.

St Joseph Schools required a more centralized and efficient way to manage accounting operations and expense management across multiple locations. Through the implementation of Odoo, we helped unify financial processes into one connected system, improving visibility, control, and day-to-day financial management across the organization.

Accounting workflows became faster, more accurate, and easier to manage through a centralized setup that allowed multiple school locations to operate within a single platform. Financial data could now be monitored more effectively, while reporting and oversight became clearer and more streamlined for management teams.

We also integrated automatic bank synchronization with BOV accounts, allowing transactions to flow directly into the system and significantly improving reconciliation processes. Bank reconciliations became faster and more reliable, reducing manual work and helping the finance team maintain up-to-date financial records with greater accuracy.

To further improve efficiency, we implemented AI-powered invoice scanning and document processing, making it easier to capture supplier invoices, upload financial documents, and automate data entry. This reduced administrative workload while improving document organization and traceability across the accounting process.

The result is a more connected, scalable, and efficient financial management system powered by Odoo — helping St Joseph Schools simplify accounting operations, improve expense control, and manage multiple locations through one centralized platform.

The Huskie Craft Beer Company LTD
The Huskie Craft Beer Company required a practical and connected system to manage its craft beer bar operations, from point of sale and inventory through to purchasing, accounting, and team management. Through the implementation of Odoo, we helped bring all key areas of the business into one centralised platform, giving the team better visibility, control, and a stronger digital foundation for day-to-day operations.

We set up a fully configured Point of Sale system tailored to the bar environment, including product categories, multiple pricelists, happy-hour rules, cash-in/out management, and payment methods. A kitchen display system was integrated and synced with the POS, ensuring orders flow seamlessly from the bar to the kitchen without manual intervention. The BCRS module was also activated and configured to meet local compliance requirements.

Purchasing was streamlined through the setup of vendor pricelists and a structured purchasing module, making it easier to manage supplier relationships and maintain cost control across procurement. A full initial stock count was carried out alongside the configuration of units of measure, product serial number tracking, and import/export workflows, giving the business accurate and reliable inventory management from day one.

Accounting was set up from the ground up, including a Malta-localised chart of accounts, journal configuration, VAT 18% compliance, and full financial reporting covering aged debtors and payables, profit and loss, and cashflow statements. The HR module was configured to manage employee records, roles, access rights, shift planning, and attendance through a punch clock system.

To support the team in getting the most out of the system, we digitised a full knowledge base accessible from within every module, and delivered hands-on training sessions covering all areas of the platform for every user level. The project concluded with a one-week hypercare period following go-live, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate support for any issues arising in the early stages of live operations.

The result is a fully integrated and operationally ready Odoo system — helping The Huskie Craft Beer Company centralise its bar and business operations, reduce manual workload, and build a more structured and scalable way of working.

The company needed to optimize its operations by integrating business functions, including purchasing, inventory management, invoicing, and order fulfillment, to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.

To address these challenges, W. International Trading Ltd implemented Odoo’s ERP system, incorporating several key modules to optimize business processes. The Purchase Module was utilized to streamline supplier order management, ensuring timely procurement and reducing delays. The Inventory Module helped optimize stock levels and warehouse management, preventing both overstocking and stockouts. The Invoicing Module automated the billing process, reducing manual errors and improving financial accuracy. Finally, the Picking Operations Module was introduced to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment, ensuring that customer orders were processed correctly and delivered on time.

The integration of these Odoo modules led to significant improvements in operational efficiency. WDM wanted to streamline the process from timesheet recording to invoicing making sure that all time is billed in a timely manner. This system would eliminate repetitive work, offer an approval system and connect to an accounting application.

eMerge implemented various Odoo modules including Accounting, CRM, Sales, Project, TimeSheet, Helpdesk, Document & Sign to offer WDM a single platform for all their requirements, streamlining their processes and client communication, structuring the data flow and offer flexibility and accountability. A mix of standard features and customised development was used to fulfil the tasks.

With Odoo ERP, WDM were able to become more efficient and utilising more human resources into their core business rather than repetitive tasks. WDM is now looking forward for the introduction of Marketing and Website . Being an Accountancy and Audit firm WDM recognised the potential of Odoo Accounting app which they have decided to use for all their clients.
