Al Sama Project is a non-profit organization that operates four schools across Beirut to
provide underprivileged children with access to quality education. They faced
challenges managing multi-entity finances, donor tracking, and HR operations across
Lebanon, the UK, and the US using fragmented systems and manual processes.
Partnering with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, Al Sama implemented a centralized
ERP solution covering Accounting, HR, Project Management, CRM, and Procurement,
with full Salesforce integration. The solution enabled transparent donor fund tracking
and clear financial reporting across all schools and legal entities, allowing the NGO to
focus more on impact and less on administration.
