Free Pass
This event is free and open to the public! The Free Pass includes access to talks, exhibition areas, and workshops. This pass does not include snacks, drinks, nor access to our after parties.

The VIP Pass offers a better experience with access to talks, exhibition areas, lunch boxes, and two after parties with free drinks and a live show.

Master Classes
Join us for two days of advanced classes. Two days before the event, you’ll learn advanced configurations for several of Odoo’s apps from our experts.
These classes include a VIP Pass to Odoo Experience Latin America with the same benefits (talks, workshops, and an after party with food, free drinks, and a live show).

Important things to know
Your entrance ticket will be sent to you by email before the event. Upon arrival, you’ll need to show your QR code. The deadline to purchase your VIP Pass at early bird price is June 30th, 2026.
Cancellation policy
- 100% refundable until June 30th, 2026
- 50% refundable until July 15th, 2026
From July 16th onwards all sales are final. We will only refund passes of attendees that can prove one of the following:
- Issues with your visa.
- Your visa was denied. We need an official letter from the embassy to prove this. We will not make refunds if you didn’t apply for your visa with enough time to receive a response before the event.
- Your country’s regulations don’t allow you to travel, and this situation changed after you purchased the tickets.
All requests for refunds have to be submitted by email to odooexperiencelatam@odoo.com before the beginning of the event.

The building has a parking lot that costs $240.00 MXN per day. None of the Odoo Experience América Latina passes include parking.
Centro Banamex is located inside of the Hipódromo de las Américas in Av. del Conscripto 311, Lomas de Sotelo, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.

Odoo Experience América Latina —previously Odoo Community Days América Latina— is our biggest event in Latin America. With Mexico City as the epicenter, this event is the perfect gathering opportunity for the Odoo community, like partners, clients, and open source software fans. This event is the ideal chance to learn about Odoo’s latest release through incredible talks given by our experts. Moreover, our exhibition area is the best opportunity to showcase what you offer and forge strong professional connections.
Yes! This is a free event open to everyone. Remember that the Free Pass does not include snacks, drinks nor after party access. To have these benefits, you must buy a VIP Pass.
A Master Class is an intensive 2-day training that takes place two days before the event. This will give you a chance to improve your skills as you’ll be able to pick from various functional and technical subjects. The best Odoo experts will share their knowledge with you. This year, our Master Classes will take place on August 31st and September 1st.
No, Master Class are paid training sessions.
No, Odoo does not cover any of these fees.
In case of cancellation, you will be able to request a 100% refund until June 30th, 2026, and a 50% refund until July 15th, 2026. From July 16th onwards, we will only refund tickets of attendees that can prove that they couldn’t travel because of their visa or if their country’s regulations don’t allow them to travel. All refund requests must be communicated via email to odooexperiencelatam@odoo.com
