As Odoo culinary members, we are tasked with delivering a creative, innovative culinary experience for our team members. We do this by maintaining a consistent quality and presentation in every dish while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation to ensure the health and well-being of our team members.
We are seeking skilled, passionate cooks with high-volume experience to join our culinary team. The responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and plating our daily menus for our team members; maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas; and performing any other duties to ensure a professional kitchen.
Location: Buffalo, NY (Note: online applications accepted only.)
Schedule: Full-time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
Requirement: Strong culinary skills. Experience in a high-volume kitchen and large banquets preferred.
Work Authorization: Must complete U.S. Federal I-9 form with appropriate identification.
Starting Pay: $20-$22 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock station with ingredients, tools, and supplies needed for service.
- Ensure proper portioning, cooking temperatures, and consistent presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
- Store and label ingredients properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Communicate any ingredient shortages, equipment issues, or safety concerns to kitchen leadership.
- Accurately clock in/out for shifts and breaks in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and general cleaning duties.
- Support a smooth and efficient kitchen operation and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Must Have
- Strong culinary skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience in large banquets

The estimated hourly compensation range for this role is $20-$22. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
