I have too many product items in inventory and I have to update all product costs by used import new product.template. I found after many duplicate product Items. How can I update product costs at the same time by preventing duplicate items? Thank you.

Use the external ID for this purpose. If you import data with existing external IDs, the records will be updated, otherwise they are created anew. But be aware not to mix up product templates and product variants.
