I want to set up Odoo to manage a system of shop outlets. I want the manager of a particular outlet to only be able to view the contents of the odoo warehouse corresponding to their physical outlet. Is this possible in Odoo?

You can do any outlet as different warehouse with different locations, and create many2one field in warehouse then do access rule for this warehouse depending on user field in warehouse and user that login
