I'm starting to get frustrated that I have to switch between apps to view my tasks, activities, meetings, personnal todo and time off.
I'm spending so much time (and mental sanity) to check every calendar, evey day, several times a day, just to make sure I didn't miss anything or have duplicates between activities and assigned tasks.
Is there a way to see everything into an unique calendar view ?

Odoo 19 Online has no built-in all-in-one calendar - each app keeps its own. But you can get close:
-Activities icon (clock, top bar)→ shows all activities/tasks across apps in one list (great for catching duplicates).

-Calendar app → meetings + enable Time Off display.
-Sync to Google/Outlook → overlay meetings + leaves in one external view.
A true unified calendar needs a custom module, only possible on Odoo.sh / On-Premise - not Online.

Thanks for the reply.
My activities icon does not show the tasks of other app (like my to do tasks) so dI still have to switch between my activities and to do to have a full overview of my day.

I understand your concern — this is a common limitation in Odoo.
In standard Odoo (especially Online), there is no single unified calendar view that combines all mentioned things. Each of these belongs to different modules and uses separate models, so they are shown in different views.
→ You can able see the time off inside the calendar.

Understood. In standard Odoo Online, Studio can help customize views and add related information, but creating a truly unified calendar combining Tasks, Activities, Time Off, Meetings, and To-Dos into a single dynamic view is somewhat limited without custom development.
