A Raspberry PI 4 was purchased, the SD flashing process was followed, the problem is that when flashing the first time, and turning it on, everything works perfectly, the interface starts and links correctly to odoo, but in the moment that for operational reasons the device is turned off and when it is turned on it already shows a black screen and does not show any image, except by using the mouse scroll, it shows me 4 desktops, none of them show any data, we right click and they show us some options one of them open firefox, but an error appears indicating the file is inaccessible or lost. The only thing that restores the problem is to flash the device again, comment that we are new to Raspberry PI. Any reason why this happens? Could you help me?

Within the troubleshooting it says that there should be a green LED on and the device when it starts up the first time is on, but when you restart the device it is only red.
