Using the Documents app you can create a workspace for a client and then generate a URL from it. Any documents added in the URL will be displayed in the workspace in the Documents app. When generating the URL, allowing uploads (debug mode) will allow uploads as well in the “data room”.

This can be useful for several purposes : if you want some people to be able to share some documents with the client without actually having access to the documents module (the link of the URL can be shared on the project task related to the client for an easy usage). Or if you want your client to also be able to share documents with you.
