How do I block production when all/some component quantities are missing?

Question

I would like to block production i.e. when I hit the "Produce All" button on an MO, and there are missing components, the production will not proceed because "I cannot end up with a negative quantity."

A workaround I can suggest is to add a visibility condition to the “Produce All” button using studio
If not all components are available, the “Produce All” button is hidden
