Restoring 334.6 MB database stopping after 15% on the server. And it stopping the server with error "This site can't be reached."

Is there any way to optimize filestore to reduce its size?
If you unable to restore the database that well be effect of the file-store capacity.there for you have to restore sql dump and filestore separately using PostgreSQL and server end.
