Could anyone point out document or sample on configuring automatic reordering (between warehouse and stores) based on certain parameters?

The simpest would be One to One replacement method: store sells 10, it will be replenished 10. 

Then more advanced, I could define the parameters and formula based average consumption/sales, delivery schedule, upcoming delivery, weekend/weekday, etc.  Moving Average method.

I would expect it be standard method, but apparently Odoo supports Min-Max method only (?). I understand if it would need customization, but since I'm new to this, I just need some first pointers to start.
