For Rafum Corporation, the project focused on automating outlet operations, centralized procurement, inventory control, and workforce management. Sales from multiple locations were connected with head office processes, creating real-time visibility of stock levels, product costing, PRA integration and daily performance. Production planning for in-house products was aligned with retail demand, while digital communication channels improved customer interaction and service response.

For Rafum Industries, a dedicated solution was designed to automate the complete footwear manufacturing and corporate workflow. The platform now manages product development, production planning, quality assurance, procurement, financial processes, FBR E-invoicing integration, tax compliance, and human resource operations within a single environment. Manual interventions were reduced, approvals became transparent, and information now flows seamlessly between departments.
