Lightenjin is a Portuguese company specializing in technical and industrial lighting solutions, headquartered in Agueda and present throughout the country. With over 25 years of experience, the company offers customized LED lighting solutions, oriented towards energy efficiency and innovation, serving sectors such as industry, commerce, logistics and public spaces.

Before implementing Odoo, Lightenjin faced significant challenges in integrating its internal processes. It was using different disconnected software for sales, production and logistics management, which caused duplication of tasks, difficulties in product traceability and inventory management, and low visibility into the company’s overall performance.

The implementation of Odoo focused on unifying processes into a single system. The solution included the Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP) and CRM modules, providing fluid and integrated management from the first sales contact to delivery and after-sales. The project went through a phase of detailed analysis of existing flows, customization of specific processes for the production of lighting fixtures and training of teams to ensure the adoption of the new system.

With Odoo, Lightenjin has achieved significant operational gains: improved production efficiency, reduced manual errors in order and inventory management, and now has real-time dashboards to support decision-making. The company has reported improved traceability of components and finished products, a 30% reduction in time spent on administrative tasks, and greater responsiveness to customer demands.
