Stichting Buurtcentrum Nazareth
Stichting Buurtcentrum Nazareth beheert een multifunctioneel buurtcentrum dat fungeert als ontmoetingsplek en activiteitencentrum voor de wijk Nazareth. Het centrum biedt ruimte aan tal van verenigingen en gastgebruikers.Het gebouw is zodanig ontworpen dat verschillende zalen flexibel zijn in te delen, waardoor het geschikt is voor bijeenkomsten, workshops, sport, cultuur en wijkactiviteiten. De foyer vormt het hart van het centrum en verbindt de diverse ruimten.
Duurzaamheid speelt een rol in de bouw en inrichting: er is aandacht besteed aan energie-efficiëntie, materialen met een lange levensduur en aansluiting op de omgeving. Het buurtcentrum opereert vanuit de visie dat de wijk verdient om samen te komen, verbinding te maken en gezamenlijke initiatieven te faciliteren.

Stichting DAZ
Stichting Drafsport AduarZuidhorn organiseert koerdagen voor razend spannende grasbaandraverijen. Tijdens de feestweek in Aduard staan de draverijen hoog op de agenda, want ze staan voor sport én gezelligheid. De administratie wordt samen gevoerd met Administratiekantoor van der Hoek in Odoo. De wens was om extra velden te maken in Odoo voor meer inzicht, dit kan eenvoudig via de Studio app. Hoewel de boekhouding en document app gratis zijn in de accountancy regeling moet voor een Studio app een betaalde Odoo licentie worden afgenomen, specifiek de Custom versie. Met de custom Odoo versie kan de accountant voor Stichting DAZ die velden maken en behoudt de accountant een gratis eigen inlog.Voor het specifieke inrichting vragen inzake Odoo wordt de expertise van dooIT, officiële Odoo-implementatiepartner, ingeschakeld. Stichting Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest
Het Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest is een aansprekend symfonieorkest van topmusici. De Stichting Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest wil het cultureel erfgoed van de symfonische muziek overbrengen aan een zo breed mogelijk publiek. Het orkest geeft daarom meer dan 100 concerten per jaar, zowel in Nederland als in het buitenland, en daarnaast ook online via streams, radio en tv.Ter ondersteuning van alle financiële processen werd gewerkt met AccountView, ScanSys ImageCapture, Exact Synergy, Excel Add-in, DocViewer en BrancheView. In 2025 ontstond de wens voor een herinrichting en optimalisatie (tijd besparen). Door te kiezen voor de alles-in-één, volledig cloudoplossing van Odoo worden zowel tijd als softwarekosten bespaard.
Dat Odoo daarnaast ook extra mogelijkheden biedt voor de marketingafdeling (CRM, e-mailmarketing, evenementenbeheer, website) én voor HRM, levert extra voordelen op die in een volgende fase benut zullen worden.
In samenwerking met dooIT is daarom gekozen om over te stappen naar Odoo.
