The CRM system supports the sales team by automating the enquiry process and ensuring that no lead/opportunity is overlooked. Categorising the different opportunities and being able to see AI-powered predictors of deal closure enables the sales team to focus on the opportunities that are most likely to result in a sale.
Once the build or renovation is agreed, Odoo’s Project app facilitates effective planning of tasks, materials, and people using Gannt charts and dependencies to ensure works are completed on time and to budget. A reliable way to handle change requests was also set up, ensuring that full accountability is possible.
After works are completed, DSB can use the Field Service app to efficiently manage remedial works, document any changes whilst on-site using digital worksheets, and feed back to HQ without ever having to send a single email. It’s all made possible thanks to the all-in-one power of Odoo.
