Design Emporium
Design Emporium supplies and fits a wide range of Porcelain and Encaustic Tiles for both interior and exterior use. They are suitable for patios, sunrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, conservatories, walls, and floors. They rebranded in 2016 from Stone Emporium and started supplying and fitting wall and floor tiles, including marble, granite, porcelain, ceramic, mosaic, and travertine. Design Emporium supplies both residential and commercial clients in predominantly the Greater Dublin area. They have a beautiful showroom and a separate warehouse in Dublin.
Our client Design Emporium was earlier using software named Sage Line 50 for all their technical operations. But somehow, they were not getting the full efficiency out of their processes. Therefore, they got connected with Target Integration to rethink their business software. After a few sessions of discussions, Target Integration helped them in the implementation of a full ERP system with complete features of Opportunity Management, Quote Management, Sales Orders, Accounting, and Stock Management. They have recently started using Odoo Human Resource modules such as Timesheets, OdooEmployee Management & Odoo Expenses modules as well as Project Management apps by Odoo.
With the advent of Odoo, and with the helping hand of Target Integration (Odoo Partner in Ireland) - Design Emporium has become efficient enough to take one-on-one consultations. They have surmounted the technical lags with the help of Odoo modules. Now, they are much more customer-centric in their services.
