How can I make other fields required? Like the Phone Number field?

Check out the HTML for the form - the difference between a field that is required and not is shown below:
Access the HTML code of the Form from the Customize --> HTML/CSS/JS Editor Menu, and select Contact Form (Opportunity) as the XML (HTML) to edit.
