how can i do to share a ticket with all users knew in Odoo wich are in the customer company ?
By exemple, i have Mr X and Mr Y which work to Danone. If Mr X create a ticket where is the setup in odoo to authorize Mr Y to see or respond to this ticket ?

By granting portal access for contacts of a company, it can be done from contacts app
It's not correct, Mr X just see his ticket, do the same Mr Y. Because Odoo ticket provide this right based on Follower on ticket, when Mr X create a new ticket, Mr Y will not be a follower on Mr X ticket, so he cannot see.
If the portal users are from the same (customer/vendor) company they view all documents related to that company.
Atleast this is how is was in earlier versions (V13, 14), not sure if this has changed in recent versions.
