I have activated product packagings in the Inventory/Configuration, still, when I'm going on my product datasheet, I do not see the options, to set up the various packaging. Why is this?

It happens, because there are variants set up on the product.
The packaging is on the model product.product, so if attributes and values are activated, thus variants for the product are created, then the packaging can be set up on the variant level, and this function disappears from the product level.
