When you say print by query, you mean use 'select all' in the list view, then use the 'print' action? If so, as Bayu said, the default is the first page, so 80 records. In v14, once you select 'select all' checkbox, you should see a link to 'select all XXXX records' (i.e. all records), click this, then you can print the lot. In lower versions, before you click the 'select all ' checkbox, you will see on the right the number of records per page and the total number. Something like '1-80/500' for example. Click into the '80' field, and you can edit it, so that the list covers the whole number of records.
