I’m currently working on Odoo 16 and I have a scenario where some employees are paid in EGP while others are paid in USD.
I would like to know the best practice to handle multi-currency payroll in Odoo 16. Specifically:
How can I configure employee contracts to support different currencies?
Should I create separate salary structures for each currency?
How does Odoo handle exchange rates and currency differences in payroll accounting entries?
I want to ensure that salaries are calculated correctly and that the accounting entries reflect accurate currency conversions and exchange differences.
