Hello, I would like to get messages visible in conversations (In that top right haze).
I have catchall@ as incoming server. User email and employee work email set to name.surname@ which goes to catchall and odoo capture it.
Now I need to show that message in conversations to the right user. Is it possible to do that?

We use Odoo 17 and have the same problem. The outgoing messages work fine. The incoming messages are not imported.
