Yes. It's Possible (I've tried with Community Edition and If you're own hosting in case of enterprise)

In that condition you need two create two different instance on same server but on the different port.

Like, 

Instance  A --> Working on 0.0.0.0:8069 

Instance B --> Working on 0.0.0.0:8070

In that condition on the both instance with the same Postgres User.
